1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, enrolling in a membership, or using any services offered by ZMT Recovery ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ZMT Recovery offers massage therapy, recovery and wellness sessions, and membership programs at our Newport Beach, CA location. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online through our booking platform or by contacting us directly. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking.

ZMT Recovery reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to find an alternative time.

4. Membership Terms

Membership plans are offered on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize ZMT Recovery (or its designated payment processor) to charge the applicable membership fee on a recurring schedule.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the enrolled member's personal use only. Unused sessions or credits do not roll over unless expressly stated in your membership agreement. To cancel your membership, please provide written notice at least 7 days before your next billing date by emailing zabrina@zmtrecovery.net.

5. Payments

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as any other payment methods listed on our website or booking platform. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our massage therapy and recovery services are intended for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for informing your service provider of any health conditions, injuries, medications, or allergies before your session.

By receiving services from ZMT Recovery, you represent that you are in suitable health to receive the services requested. ZMT Recovery reserves the right to decline or modify services at any time if, in our professional judgment, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability

You acknowledge that massage therapy and recovery services carry an inherent risk of discomfort or injury. By booking and receiving services, you voluntarily assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZMT Recovery, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services.

8. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our booking form or membership sign-up, you consent to receive SMS messages from ZMT Recovery related to your appointments, membership, and services. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of ZMT Recovery and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
